MoveRight Method Yoga

MoveRight Method Yoga is a strength and flexibility based fitness class with exercises created by a physical therapist and all the benefits of YOGA. MoveRight Method Yoga breaks down the movements of Yoga so that you know exactly what YOU need to do to stretch, strengthen and prioritize. Classes are 1 hour. In the first 20 minutes you will stretch and prepare for the 20 minutes of physical therapy exercises designed by Dr Chloe Costigan, DPT. These exercises are done in triplets : the first exercise is for stretching, the second exercise is for strengthening and the third is for the integrations of the two. In the last 20 minutes, you will practice poses and a flow based on that evenings focus. Plan to sweat, laugh and LEARN! Classes are offered in a 4 week series format highlighting specific areas of focus. Drop ins are available. Classes are held at The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem.
