CMY Core

Join me livestream every Monday & Thursday morning 7:30am - 8:00am for 1/2 hour of strong, well-aligned core work.  In each class you will work on your back, in planks, in side- lying and in all 4’s. There will be plenty of lower abs, pelvic floor and neutral lumbar work. You will definitely strengthen your glutes, outer hips and spine. YOU WILL WORK HARD, SWEAT, SWEAR AND LAUGH OFTEN.
